財團法人自行車工業研究發展中心成立於民國八十一年，由經濟部工業局與業界共同捐助設立，長久以來致力於提升台灣自行車、電動輔助自行車、健身器材及醫療輔具產品之品質檢測服務，深受業界好評。自行車中心檢測實驗室擁有國際級檢測實驗室能量及測試工程人員，可執行各國標準規範、歐盟EN規範及ISO國際規範測試，提供業界各項檢測服務及協力實驗室輔導，是交通部電動輔助自行車及電動自行車檢測機構，環保署亦承認自行車工業研究發展中心電動輔助自行車及電動自行車檢測報告。

Cycling & Health Technology Industry R&D Center was established in 1992. Co-contributed and established by Industrial Development Bureau. We strive for the highest quality of testing service to Bicycle, Electric assist bike, Fitness equipment, Medical assistive devices. Testing and Certification Dep. has high-quality testing laboratory and testing engineers. Our testing services fulfill international standards, EN standards, ISO standards and are testing center of electric assist bike and electric scooter under Ministry of Transportation and Communications R.O.C. Environmental Protection Administration, R.O.C. We provide testing services and tutorial of laboratories and is recognized by the test report of electric assist bike and electric scooter through the Cycling & Health Tech Industry R&D Center.

自行車暨健康科技工業研究發展中心檢測實驗室為台灣目前專注於自行車測試的唯一法人單位，超然地位及公正性不受任何因素影響，除了與國際驗證公司TUV、DNV相互合作多年外，並早已取得TAF測試實驗室認證。

Testing and Certification Dep. of Cycling & Health Tech Industry R&D Center is only legal person (entity) achieve expertise in bicycle testing in Taiwan. The assessment of independence and impartiality is developed and free of any conflicts of interest. In addition, we cooperated with TÜV and DNV for years and also being the pilot list of granted laboratory accreditation by Taiwan Accreditation Foundation.
